Personal information may be collected when you request to receive information about Grainger Quartet and our activities. Information collected by Grainger Quartet may include details such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, fax number and other identifying information, as well as details of your ticketing and seating preferences. This information is collected so that we can contact you if there are changes to upcoming events and keep you informed about the activities of the Quartet.

Grainger Quartet may use your personal information to:

  • Process and manage any donations you make to us.

  • Publicly acknowledge donations (unless permission specifically denied).

  • Contact you to notify of changes.

  • Respond to any request you may make.

If you have any queries or concerns about the way Grainger Quartet has collected, stored, used or disclosed your personal information please don’t hesitate to contact us as above. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive you may escalate your concerns by addressing a private and confidential letter to the Chairman at the above address. This will be delivered unopened to the Chairman, or in his absence another board member.
